We pay special attention to security and how each of your individual orders will show up when it is in your hands. Custom adhesive tape, rigid boxes, padded envelopes, expanded polyethylene, bubble wrap: all this material will be used to protect your purchases!
All orders completed before 16:00 will be sent the same day so you can receive the goods in the next 24/48 working hours, islands excluded.
We recommend checking the delivery time for your location through the DHL website, selecting it as the starting point.
Unfortunately, we can not indicate the exact time of delivery but we guarantee constant updates regarding your shipment!
From you can monitor the delivery status through the Orders section.
Selecting Document Details and then Receipt or Invoice you will see an icon next to the item Web tracking page: click on the van to be directed to the DHL site containing the details of the shipment.
By 5.00 pm you will receive an email notification containing your purchase document, in PDF format, and the link to track the shipment online.
Subsequently, our courier will send you a new email containing the shipment details.
You can follow the progress on the carrier's website and contact the branch that will be in charge of the delivery.
These communications will be sent to the email address you registered.
